Production of gearing!
Depending on the wishes of the customer we produce wheels with frontal and helical gearing, worm gears, chain sprockets, grooved spindles and hubs, endless screws, conical wheels with direct gearing, as well as grooves and profiles in accordance with DIN. We also contract out the manufacture of cogged wheels. Our offer includes cutting wheel sprockets on MAAG HSS 30 BC machines.
Parameters for the production of direct and helical frontal gearing:
- Range of modules for outer gearing M 0.5 – 6
- Header circle diameter 850 mm
- Max. tooth slant angle 60°
- The quality of our gearing complies with precision class 7 in accordance with ČSN
- Surface coarseness from 3.2 Ra
Parameters for the production of chain sprockets:
- Sprocket diameter ranges from 5 to 19.05 mm
- Link spacing ranges from 8 to 38.1 mm
- Maximum header circle diameter is 850 mm
- Complies with precision class 7-8 in accordance with ČSN
- Surface coarseness from 3.2 Ra
